National has ended their Unit Recognition Program and have encouraged Councils to create their own. Cake Licensing Request for Bakery

Recognizing a Scout for attaining the rank of Eagle? Celebrating your packs Blue & Gold?

Whatever the occasion, submit your request for permission to use a commercial bakery for use of any Scouting America logos on a cake using the Cake Request Form.

Please note that it takes 2-3 business days to review requests and respond accordingly.

  • Cub Scouts – $132
  • Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts – $136
  • Exploring Youth and Adults – $89
  • Adults in Units, District, and Council – $116
  • Merit Badge Counselors (not registered in other position) – $25
  • Unit Renewal – $100

Membership Applications Checklist

Check HERE for the form to aid as a check list for what must accompany all application forms. This is the year that most of the 5-year PA background checks will be due. We will issue this receipt for each application that is submitted to the office. Please note that because of the immense number of items to be turned in that it is required that all items must be turned in with the application including payment.

Unit Fundraising?

If your unit is planning a fundraiser, remember to fill out the Unit Money-Earning Application and submit it to the Council Scout Executive a couple of weeks in advance of the start of your fundraiser. Units running a fundraising event that do not have an approved money-earning application will not be covered under BSA Insurance.
