Incident Reporting
Safety is the #1 priority for our scouts and scouters. If your unit has an incident, such as a minor or major first aid incident or a near miss (almost an incident that could have resulted in an injury), please fill out an Incident Report and submit to the Council Service Center. While it seem weird to report an incident that didn’t happen, the report states you were aware of the potential incident and how to change the behaviors and actions to make sure it doesn’t occur in the future.
For information and reporting forms for incidents and near miss incident, go to the National Scouting Incident Reporting for Units web page.
