Scouting America will automatically roll-up Cub Scout ranks the 1st week of June every year. Cub Leaders will not need to manually advance the cubs. The Cub Scout program year starts June 1. Leaders can enter advancement for the previous rank until August 31.

Membership Retention
Last year in the fall, membership applications granted youth 365 days of registration. If you had 5 kids sign up in September 2025, their registrations will expire September 2026, not December. Please review your unit roster and make sure you re-register these youth either online at my.scouting.org or at the Scout Office. Parents can also renew their child online (they should have gotten a renewal email).
This will reduce the number of new youth we need in the Council. You can get a copy of your youth roster with registration expiration dates at Program Launch or in your unit folder at the Scout Office or at my.scouting.org, under Unit Roster.

Fall Product Sales
The Fall Product Sales will consist of Camp Masters Popcorn, Viriginia Diner Nuts, and Country Meats Sticks and will run from September 3 to October 30. Fill out the Fall Products Agreement Form and return to the Scout Office.
Camp Masters website is open now for Show-N-Sell Orders, which are due by July 30.
